From Cosmetics news.

After being in part responsible for reintroducing the chypre note, Agent Provocateur is now ready with the new Maitresse to put aldehydics on the foreground again.

Name: Maitresse
Brand: Agent Provocateur (Selective Beauty)
Nose: Azzi Glasser (CPL Aromas)



Ingredients feature white ylang ylang flower, lotus petals, osmanthus, jasmine sambac, rose absolute and violet leaves with a pheromonal composition of musk, iso E super and hot amber.

I didn't like the original Agent provocateur, it was to heavy for my taste.
But I will give this one a try

Helg, the first time i saw the name, I didn't have my glasses on and I thought it was Mattress, and I thought " Boy, that's blatant!" The bottle is very beautiful.

Anyone know when in Spetember this is launching? It's all over the magazines this week, advertised as being exclusive to Selfridges. I'm off the Birmingham one tomorrow, will see if they have any in yet.

I sampled this yesterday in Selfridges and oh had his credit card out within 15 minutes It is lovely, I find it a lot "quieter" and lower-pitched than the original AP is on me. It sits very close to the skin. I didn't find the aldehydes flying off it in the same way they do for Chanel 5 and Lipstick Rose on me. I didn't recognise many of the notes either, but it's lovely and very very appealing to oh too.
