Hi everyone. This is my first post. Registered here on the recommendation of a few StyleForum members. Really excited to start learning. I have a few questions that I thought I may as well ask here instead of clogging up the beginner's forum:
- What's the best place to buy from online? I know all forums have certain e-tailers they prefer so I was hoping someone could guide me in the right direction. Google is soooo overwhelming and often not helpful.
- I recently found and fell in love with a fragrance from Comme des Garcons called Guerilla. A Google search showed that there is, in fact, a basic Guerilla and Guerilla 2. I was hoping I could find info. online to discern the difference between the two as I held off on purchasing it in hopes that I could find it online cheaper (it was kind of expensive at Odin NYC). Also: I couldn't find either scent by searching Basenotes for Comme des Garcons? What does this mean: is it hard to find, so unwanted that nobody owns it and it hasn't been posted or are they just brand new scents?
- Does Basenotes or a similar site have a guide for finding fragrances that match your needs/makeup? I really know nothing of why certain scents sour on people, and thought maybe I could study up on this.
