Me and my friend are planning a trip to NYC and i thought i ask some questions that are on my mind. We will propably spend 4 days in there and then go to Richmond (getting a tattoo). Maybe will stop by DC. So if your form these parts, you too can suggest and tell me stuff 
Some of the questions might be dum, so bare with me 
-Can you pay with VIsa Electron in there? And can you withdraw money from bank machines with it? And how do you know what those ones are? If you withdraw money, whats the % that is "taken" because obviously the money in my account is in euros, so how does that work?
-Tipping. I want to know EWERTYHING about it. Dinner, taxi drivers, bars etc etc
-How much does the taxi fears usually cost? Like how much would be from Greenwich Village to lets say to Bronx and back?
-We will in 90% be staying in Greenwich Village, so what kinda place is it? I just have heard that its really laid back and has jazz bars and artists hanging around=my kinda place
-Food. Where to eat (cheap). Were to eat AMAZING food in reasanoble price? Were NOT to eat. Price and quality/healt wise. And im not talking about food thats greasy Vegeterian food is for my part 99% must, if you dont include fish. So places that have vege and beef for my pall.
-The places to shop cheap, and that have clothes for BIG MEN (My friends 6'5 260 pounds . Style would be something like Sailor Jerry (I want shoes and caps), some hiphop and laid back style and maybe a place with good and deasent price leather jackets. Or any jackets.
-Places you should wisit, that arent really popular. I couldnt care less about statue of liberty or something like that. Im more into checking places like CBGB's, some poetry slam nights, Knicks game etc etc.
-And places you shouldnt wisit! And im talking about because it could be in danger to your healt
And please, anything that you wanna suggest, tell etc. Please do
