David Beckham Instinct hits Ulta in the US...

Thread Starter
I found this out in the Sunday paper: Yes, more than a year after the Euro launch, David Beckham's Instinct has hit the US, exclusively at Ulta salon/cosmetics stores. And not at a better time, as he's gaining even more popularity on this side of the pond.

But they're ripping us off for it! Ulta is charging $50 for a 2.5 oz bottle of this scent that costs about $35 in Europe (after US dollar to euro conversion). Still, I might as well take a sniff soon... even though I was actually at Ulta two days ago, when they didn't have it on the shelves.

BTW, the KISS scents were also in the circular, priced at $39 for 1.7 oz.

Ok I'm confused,
this launched in Canada in the spring as "David Beckham", I asked someone at Coty and they said they couldn't distribute it as "Instinct" in North American, now I've seen ads in Canadian mags as "David Beckham Instinct"

Saw this at Kohl's last night. 2.5 OZ for $50. GULP.

It's OK. Reminds me of the original RL Romance.

Hopefully it will do better than the last one he endorsed, Police Uomo, which I can't seem to trade away for anything!

It's better than one might expect from a celebrity fragrance, but nothing to write home about. $50? Forget it. But at least you now get a feeling what us Europeans feel like price-wise - all the time

Well, I'm glad to see that it can be the other way round too...

But I only see a 1.7 oz version at douglas.de, for about 32 dollars. 1oz goes for 21.
