Rise and shine everybody! It is weekend! Time to stroll through the woods (or the park or even your parking lot) to kick the leaves and enjoy this Indian Summer. Sorry for those living in a tropical country, but hereby: you are invited to join the fun (eh, just not all at the same time, please).

Fendi: Theorema

Top note: Thai shamouti, Eglantine, California tangelos
Middle note: Jasmine petals. Afghan spices, Cinnamon, Pink pepper, Osmanthus
Base note: Spicy dust, Musk, Heart of Macassar, Sweet cream, Amber, Gaiac wood, Mysore sandalwood

Giving Dzongkha another test-drive. I love it!

Infiniment Chopard

Top note : Petitgrain, Calabrian Bergamot, Szechuan pepper

Middle note : Bulgarian Rose, Tuberose Absolu, Lotus Blossom

Base note : Siamese Benzoin, Sandalwood, Musks

at least, this is what osMoz says...

I think of this frag as the exclusive sister to Valentino V, and the elegant cousin to Kenzo Amour, as it gives me sort of the same feeling to wear them. They have quite a lot in common... None of these three are loud frags. I didn´t love Infiniment at the first sniff, I had to wear it a couple of times before really enjoying it. Even if it isn´t a loud frag, it is longlasting, at least on my skin. The best with Infiniment... There is no vanilla in it, and still it is really warm and comforting.

Caron's Fleurs de Rocaille. Even though classified as floral, it has enough oomph to satisfy my craving for chypres. It has enough oak moss at the base to fit this cloudy October day.

I am a lucky girl... a tiny lttle shop near my apartment is run by a man who LOVES perfume and has a stock of hard-to-find Chanels and Carons. Off I go to sample, most likely Violette Preciuse.

Ce Soir ou Jamais by Annick Goutal

I can smell lots of roses and it turned a bit powdery at the end.

Opted for Jicky for this intimate event,

I applied just a drop of Fracas to my wrists this morning.

But I just got back from the hair salon and my hair smells absolutely amazing! lol! Sometimes I like the fragrance of hair products better than edt or edp.

Splash Forte. It's so frisky, fresh, and warming it makes you want to get out into the cool autumn air in blue jeans and a sweater just to wear it. Mmmm
