LITERALLY, the frag you couldn't be without

Thread Starter
If you could have your natural body odor smell like one fragrance, which would it be and why?

Personally, I think it would be Bvlgari PH.

My logic: if it's your BO, its going to be stronger in the summer and during physical activities, so it ought to work in summer. In winter, it would theoretically be subdued, and it would be easy to layer something heavier over it (and I think Bvlgari makes a good layering frag).

Whadayathink?

Hmmm......Roma Uomo or Bulgari PH

It would have to be Leonard Pour Homme.

Has there been a better case made for Gendarme ?

No single fragrance can hope to approach the complex beauty of a human being's natural smell. So, now you know the truth: I'm a damn hippie.

LoL, sounds like an answer to the question "What would Borat wear ? "

OK, a human being, who washes him/herself on a regular basis.

Literally, eh? I guess that would have to be air then.

In fragrances, I can't choose one.
I would say CK be. It's just a very clean and subtle musk.
Anything from Bvlgari. I think they produce very nice scents.

Allure Sport. It's perfect for me.

Something expensive Creed. So I could make money from my sweat and tears.

Seriously, hmmmn. Chergui I guess, if I had to pick.

Bvlgari PH

Casran (Chopard)

No matter where the nose roams, it always comes back home to the sinewy crystal bottle with the silver cap.

Griff! I haven't see you here in a while! Maybe I just need to be more observant.

Mine would have to be McQueen's Kingdom. I am grieving already because my large bottle is almost half empty and it's discontinued. I am going to miss it's skanky goodness!

It hasn't been discontinued has it? Im pretty sure it hasn't! Please say it isn't so

i haven't smelled it yet, but conceptually, Aura by TM (part of the Parfum the Movie coffret) should be perfect for this. Otherwise, LesNez l'Antimatiere.
Libertine...yes, it has been discontinued. Sad but true! I got a couple of bottles on Ebay but have already given them away to friends. What was I thinking?

Sad to say - with A*men being my signature, I cannot stand it after a late night out or a loooong and late week-end, with Monday on it's way.

The only choice would be Carolina Herrera for Men - fresh, long-lasting, subtle (on me) and VERY in your face (for others).

Good post! Never thought about this myself

Terre d'Hermes
Hermes Belami. But, I think paintrman with his Kingdom and I would be all by ourselves with our potent BO.

Seriously, though, I'd probably have to pick Chanel PM or maybe even Bois des Iles.

This his past Tuesday I decided this scent was a personal fav:

Carolina Herrera Herrera for Men

The drydown, on me anyway, completely captures my attention. The chemistry on me seems just right. Wow! I hope everyone who wafts it when around me thinks it is as nice as I do. One spray on my chest, and an intense topnote slowly becomes a fantastic kaleidoscope of scent that ends up smooth and delicious and lasts 8-10 hours.

i say Amber Pour Homme

I agree with the monthly statement... I have no idea how I could select just one fragrance for the rest of my life. If I could only have one it would probably be Angel.
Eau des Merveilles by Hermès probably. And Eau d'Hermès coming from my armpits

Vick's Vapo Rub - so I can smell everyone else

Of course I agree completely with Mr. Good Life, here, however, for the fun of this question, I think I would answer Musc Ravageur in its oil form. The scent is light , musky, natural , with a bit of sweetness to it, and could be layered if need be. I find this in the oil form to be unobtrusive and natural, and close to the skin.
Ironically, I do not own this!

If I could have a fragrance in ADDITION to my own body odor, rather than REPLACING it, my answer would be different. Right now my top two are Tabac Blond by Caron and Eugenie by Creed. They each seem to complement my yin/yang essence quite nicely for me.

Zizanie . . . never overpowering . . . always appropriate . . . always beautiful . . .

Chez Bond by Bond no.9 New York!

Tough decision but I would probably pick Guerlain's Vetiver. Over L'Artisan's Santal and Voleur de Roses, that is.

I have to agree with those who say ck be and bvlgari ph.

It seems Bvlgari PH and Terre d'Hermes are the two most popular choices. Have not sampled the Bvlgari (guess I need to). I was going to go for the Terrre d'Hermes, but to be different I will opt for Opium pour Homme.

I had said Léonard pour Homme. Sorry, but -- the more I think about it -- I have to change that and say Bois de Portugal instead. (I really think that this one is -- right up there with JHL -- as close to a Holy Grail as I've come to date.)

Léonard pour Homme's definitely a "Top 10" kinda scent for me, you bet, but I really think that BdP is the one frag I would most hate to be without.
