Smoky wood, camphorous mint, and some spice. The resemblance to Tiger Balm is apparent but Esprit du Tigre is softer, smoother, and altogether more wearable. However, it's not something that I...
The vintage version:
The top note is a pleasant floral-citrus mix with a bit of neroli, that in the drydown adds lavender and later a woody notes. Towards the end a light and not unpleasant...
My ocean scents are this, erolfa and sel marine. Of the 3 this smells the most like the ocean. Imagine you are walking along a rustic beach on a cloudy cool day, and the sea smashes against the...
I didn't like this scent at first. I found it amateurish and a bit redundant. I gave my sample away to a buddy that's a womanizer. End of story.
I walk into Scent Bar looking for Wode by...
The lemony opening reminds me of old people. - it's not unpleasant and smells fresh and clean but I just can't past the smell of the beige bowls club brigade. After a while the vetiver comes...
however, in another recent german post, it took 60 days for me to receive my package. (original tape still on the box, so i don't think it was hung up at customs)
Nothing from the northeastern U.S., but the Les Nez rep said to expect shipping to take at least 18 days. I think they were sent here somewhere around 10/18.

Thanks EMF!
If those are business days, we should be getting our juice on November 13th or thereabouts. I know we're all sitting by the mailboxes!
I'd not worry too soon here in the US. A rough outline of what it takes to get parcels to this side of the water when one is not using expensive airmail services.
10/18: Parcels are tendered to CH post for transportation.
1 - 7 days to load in at Container Freight Station (CFS) in Zurich as most likely freight center for co-loading in 40' ocean container with other US bound cargo.
2-3 Day transit to Bermerhaven or Rotterdam depending on the routing.
1-3 days at port Container Yard (CY) waiting load on vessel.
11-16 days: Ocean transit time to New York.
1-3 days to pull container from destination CY to bonded CFS for deconsolidation.
THEN the lot is customs cleared and tendered to the US Postal Service and enters the normal postal stream.
A very generous offer (something for nothing) from Les Nez with what I have heard are more like small decants (4 ml) than dinky samples. I'm not going to sweat this one for another couple of weeks at least.
