Sorry Folks

I can't contain myself. I've been wearing this for the last three days and it is just getting better and better. It is in the same class IMO as Ungaro I and has a similar bourbon note in it but it is also smoothe as hell, with musk and leather and a dark, smoky tobacco note. Has to be one of the best male scents I have ever experienced one of those where I just can't stop smelling my wrist (it's a good job I'm not out in public).

Discontinued of course, so thank God for ebay.

This sounds very interesting and am thinking of getting some. How's the longevity on it?

Hi Gimpy

Longevity is pretty good, though I must confess that I like the top notes enough that I've been reapplying after about four hours. That said, this one seems to have pretty good lasting power. Just brilliant if you ever find it. I gave it a rest today because I didn't want to get too used to it I just want to keep that feeling of wonder at the magic of it.

I'll have to check it out. Have you tried Alain Delon's "Samourai'? Very well composed. Perfect for the warmer months. Thanks for your review.

Glad to hear about this one. I bought the "regular" AD but found its power sadly lacking, though it was a very nice scent.

I like both the original AD and AD+. I find them both more energetic than anything from Alain Delon since.
