I would just like to mention that lusciouscargo.com re-sent a samples package that had been lost to Canada customs, free of charge. It is not their policy to do this, but this is indeed what they have done.

Yep; I've order from them often and have always had excellent experiences. They pack safely and securely and are very generous with samples. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
