an interesting open ended new years eve invite I received

LA is really so uptight (you get a big crowd of angelenos together and it's almost a sure thing nothing will happen) that it's hard not to anticipate that this won't turn out to be a lot more innocent than the details below suggest it might ... But these people, whoever they are, certainly get points for trying to set the stage!

so.... based on a recent survey it seems that we should, and now will,
all
convene together to ring in this new year under one roof. rae and I are
quite excited by our recent discovery, a naughty little establishment
in the
heart of koreatown that is ready for a party. on a typical
afternoon/evening this establishment functions as a p*rn studio. the
loft
is complete with little "film sets" which include an asian living room,
swinger bedroom, jail cell, eqyptian burial props and quite possibly a
strip
bar complete with platform and pole. we have 5000 square feet at our
disposal! oh... and did I mention there is a pool table set off in
it's own
little room. yeah.... this place is cool, underground and definitely
not
chic. if you wish to ring in the new year as we have in years past,
this
party is for you. we will go all night and we will have the finest of
music. we will not have champagne unless you bring it.

I don't know these people, but the ones who forwarded to me are sweet and often throw nice big parties and always at new years (and they are forgoeing doing that this year to participate in this event), but the parties are hardly what you'd call "wild".

I used to be on an email list of some enterprising sluts who really threw some wild little affairs, but. . . they got stale, it got to be the same people showing up all the time who'd all done each other, basically. That wouldn't do. The whole thing came to a head when the richest of them, a lube baron - this guy who owns one of the most famous "personal lubricant" companies - threw this gigantic party with alllll the sluts in attendence, and like... nothing happened, a big orgy that nobody got down at, and that was the end of that!

Ah but the first few of them I went to...when I was like the new kid on the block... it would be entirely inappropriate to post about here, I fear!

Anyway, I may go to this thing since I don't think I'll have anything else to do. And all basenoters are invited!
