I had passed on these after testing Allure, Allure Sport, Égoïste Platinum, and Pour Monsieur Concentree. But I recently gave them a second chance, and found I like all of them except Égoïste Platinum. None of them stood out enough for a purchase, but it got me looking at Antaeus and Égoïste.
I tend to like sweet orientals, so Égoïste looks like a safe bet, and Antaeus has the clary sage over a sweet base of beeswax, which I liked in Dior Homme (clary sage over cocoa).
There is no place to test either, so they would be blind buys. How safe would they be given the above criteria?
