Hello everybody, I am requesting the talented opinions from u wonderfull hot blooded beings on this. Which Perfume from the list should I buy for my

girl friend on V-day? My girlfriend & I are both 18yrs, so I don't want something too mature but something in between should fit nice.

This is what I think smells good. I haven't smelled that many only two very popular houses.
-Spring Flower
-Love in white
-Lolita Lempicka (original) Anybody smelled L?

Suggestions are needed!!!

Thank you,

This is just my opinion but...

Unless you think she is VERY in love with trends, do not get her "the perfume of the week." It's so much sexier IMO and a more romantic touch, also IMO, if you get her something unique, unusual, less common. Make her feel special, a stand out from the crowd. That could be a niche scent, an atypical designer/department store choice, a vintage, or a classic.

I don't know the ones you listed there, except LL, which is hugely popular and may be a little too common. It's better than L though, which is way too common now, IMO, especially if you are looking for valentine's day. It may help if you tell us what she wears/likes now.

I agree, something less trendy would be great.

She usually wears Blvgaria Omia, Vera Wang princess, J-lo.

If she likes Princess and J-Lo and stuff maybe you shoud stick with what she likes. Try Paris Hilton for Women, it's in a pink&black bottle and it's perfect for all girls, also you can't go wrong with Dior. Miss Dior Cherie or J'adore will do just fine too.

Personally I think you should get her Miss Dior Cherie, it's not to common and its' not one of those perfume 13-16 will wear. It's perfect for her age and it's a good price. You should check out the Paris Hilton too.

I suggest Armani Code for Women or Dolce and Gabbana The One.

Armani Code is a good suggestion based on what you've listed there. I don't care for it, but if she likes Princess she may like Aqualina's Pink Sugar which really does smell like frosting/cupcake. It's a "gourmand" fragrance and if she doesn't have something like that in her collection it may appeal but SNIFF FIRST as other people find it noxious.

If this is for V Day, a frag with sexy/romantic name might go over well.

There's Le Baiser du Dragon (Kiss of the Dragon) by Cartier. Delicious sexy stuff. Many people here love it.

Poison or Hypnotic Poison (do a search in the forums for "Poison"; there was a thread comparing all of them a few weeks ago)

Gucci Rush. Some people hate it, others think it's super sexy. And it comes in a red bottle, and "rush" has a good sexy twang to it.

Kenzo Amour. Awwwww how can you go wrong with this one for Valentine's Day? It comes in a lovely red/pink flask, and I like the juice inside. Fruity/floral (fragipani, cherry blossom) with vanilla/musk base.

I want to get Nuit Noire but it is sold out. I have a sample and it is fantastic. I'm on a wait list. They say it should be back in stock next week. It is deep rich floral but not cloying.

I second Miss Dior Cherie & Armani Code. Both are nice fragrances.
Also, if she likes Vera Wang Princess, Bulgari Omnia or a certain JLo fragrance, maybe look for something that has a similar note to them. For example, Princess has dark chocolate in it - so has Youth Dew Amber Nude by Estée Lauder and Blu Notte by Bulgari.
That's just my opinion...others can disagree with me if they want
Good luck - and let us know what you end up getting her!
