Advice on Purchase I am making Today

Well, I have surfed basenotes alot for 3 weeks (new member) and I have decided to buy 2 fragrances from the following choice
M7
Rive Gauche
Terre D'Hermes
Some of you may have seen a similar post from me last week but today is the big day. Unfortunately, i wont be able to sample it so it has to be blind.

Please list the 2 you would personally pick from the list if you were me.
Even if you have no interest, just put in two. The most popular combination will be bought by me later today.

All three are great. Buy Terre d' Hermes for sure. M7 is rare in some places, while Rive Gauche can be obtained readily for about $20 USD.

TDH and M7. In my view, of course. As "blind" buys? Both are sound choices as they are excellent in every way: quality, longevity etc. Good luck!

Rive Gauche and Terre d'Hermes. They're much more versatile than M7. M7 can be flat-out "weird". The other 2 are no brainers.

But I'll say this...women love all 3 of those!! Buy all 3 and save M7 for the weekend!

I consider only Terre d'Hermes a safe scent to buy blind. You may regret buying the other two without testing. But if you MUST do it, then I recommend getting them on ebay. I bought a 100ml bottle of Rive Gauche for only $15.

Oh I just have to jump in here...

I would get: TWO BIG BOTTLES OF M7!!! – you said if I were you... and well, that would be my first choice ).

But otherwise, I guess I would get A REALLY BIG BOTTLE OF M7 and would also choose Terre d'Hermes over Rive Gauche.

I agree. The only safe blind buy is Terre de Hermes. M7 can be disgusting to some people, and Rive Gauche is just plain boring to others. I would recommend choosing a different second scent, but that's just my taste.

From the responses, it seems that M7 is not an everyday scent.
Is Terre D'hermes one though??
I mean one I can just kinda wear without people thinking I am going to the ball.

P.S - Rive Gauche seems to be a distant 3rd at this point. I am bit surprised seeing as how it seemed to be one of the most popular scents on here

Yes, Terre d'Hermes can be worn for any occasion. Its a superb daily casual scent and makes a beautiful transition into a classy evening scent. A wonderful bottle to own.

My other suggestion would be M7.
