SOS - Air France, Perfume

Hi,

I am trying to find the name of this fragrance which was used by Air France crew.

I was obsessed with that smell, and my parents got a complimentary set during a trip to France in 1994.

It was re-packaged by Air France for their crew. The only thing I have is a vague memory of the bottle; it was royal blue in colour with a sliver cap, the first two letters on the first line were Th and on the second line were Zi

It might have a bit of camphor note in it, not sure as I am not an expert.

Could you please help in deciphering this puzzle

Thanks in advance,

The only fragrances I can think of that were made by that time which start with ZI are Zibeline, Zino, and Zizanie, and none of them have a bottle like that.

I think that Azzaro was given out to Airline passengers in Europe in the 80's. Might not be what you're looking for though.

The bottle was re-packaged (re-branded) by Air france for their personal use. It was a very simple shape plastic container. I doubt if the same thing was commercially available. But I think the fragrance was from some French fragrance house. Thanks

You are absolutely right, the other fragrance they used was Chrome, Azzaro. which I discovered recently (again, it was re-packaged by Air France). But I am looking for the other one... sorry...

Hmmm, I think Azzaro is making a new one called Jet Lag which is only sold at duty-free shops in airports...

Finally, I have the answer!

The airlines wasn't Air France but was BA.

The moment of truth...

It was Floris - Zinnia.
( Not quite as provocative as I imagined but still capable of making nostalgic; love it anyway.)
