This afternoon it was drinks, appetizers, dessert and coffee for my staff of 4 young ladies and myself, all served to us while we were seated at the bistro's outside table. Gorgeous sunset, coolish weather, congenial passersby, and to top it off a visiting California winemaker joined us for a while at our table as we drank and toasted the fruits of his labor. (his 2004 pinot noir was amazing)!

Whopper Combo meal at Burger King, Hamburger with mayo, pickles and lettuce only. Medium fries eating while driving home and a Medium coke I'm drinking right now behind my computer.

Last couple of purchases were food as well, like a pasta meal and a donair combo meal with a caesar salad. I only really spend money on perfumes, food and music.

April GQ (American).

Good issue. There's an interesting article on John Currin. He's a bit of a butthead. Says one smart thing one moment, and a not-so-much the next. Guess we're a lot alike, haha. Ah well, was a good read anyway.

Oh, and page 131 has a good Helmut Newton on it.

Chanel Platinum Egoiste, about 15 mins ago.

Also stacked a) a sale(25%), b) a discount card(20%), and c) a cash off card ($15) to get a Braun hand mixer (original list $40) for just under $10. I have a friend who received one of these things two years ago as a Christmas gift and she swears by it. (I feel proud for holding off on buying the 17cm Wusthof-Trident Santuko)

I took my niece shopping for jewelry to wear to prom, we were successful in finding the PERFECT earrings, but sadly not a bracelet ...

While at Dillards, I stopped by the Lancome counter and picked up some new blush (color= shimmer pink pool) and cleanser. They are having a GWP so I also got that in cool shades.
