Last thing you bought - Page 3

The last thing I purchased was a pair of shoes, since I am addicted to shoes and I have a huge collection of shoes, that too basketball shoes.

Just check out the latest " Nike Shox Revive ", which I ordered through "shoedeals4u.com".

I got seasons 1 & 2 of the mid 90s sci-fi tv show Sliders tonight. I waited for this to come out on DVD, & when it finally did it was around $80. Due to circumstances I didn't really have enough money for it at that time, then I pretty much forgot I wanted it. Tonight I was at Borders with some friends, & found the season 1 & 2 set for under $30!!! I bought it on the spot, & am now watching episodes of one of my all time favorite shows.

Score!

That's like two weeks ago I went on a DVD buying spree. I was at Slackers and I found Season 1 and Season 2 of Northern Exposure on DVD. They were $15 each, used. I remember seeing these for like $70 new-- each season comes in a little cloth "parka". I snagged those mofos but I'm going to wait until Winter to watch them. I also got the first season of Extras with Ricky Gervais for $15.

I bought Dexter- Season 1 (I'd never even seen an episode, but it looked like a good show)-- I watched it and it was awesome, I can't wait for the new season.

The last thing I bought was a new mobile phone - the Sony Ericsson K550 Cybershot, a 100ml bottle of Platinum Egoiste, and the DVD "300" Special 2 Disc edition.

OMG that's really funny...because the whole reason I was @ Borders to begin with was because I was accompanying a friend who was going to get Dexter!!!

Thanks Castor... yes this phone is very cool. Im not usually "that" interested in all the bells and whistles, but I had my eye on it for a week or so, and found this phone for around €95 in a boutique in Belgrade compared to €240 here in Copenhagen! It had to be mine

I spoke too soon. My friend said that he wasn't able to snatch up the tickets in time. Garth's playing NINE FREAKING SHOWS in Kansas City & they're ALLLLL sold out

I guess the only thing I can do now is listen to country stations & try to win a pair.

Oh, that really sucks!!! So sorry to hear that.

Had to buy yet another foundation today. This time it turned out to be too yellow (=I still got that sick look...why is it such a problem for me to find the right color? )

A bottle of Proin for my slightly incontinent dachshund bitch, Cleo.
(I got a really great buy on eBay. The seller had, tragically, lost his dog and was selling his late pet's big bottle of Proin far, FAR cheaper than I could have bought it at my vet's office.)

May not seem like much to a non-companion animal person, but it meant the world to us.
We also buy our Advantix on eBay, as well as rawhide chewies (in bulk, for cheap) from time to time.

Other than recent purchases of Trumpers Sandalwood and Dunhill Edition, today i scored the last copy available of the dvd Underworld Evolution...for $5.00 and change! . The video store was having a going-out-of-business sale, and the clerk told me that movie was no longer available. After looking around for a good 20 minutes, i found a copy. He was pissed off that i found it, and told the other clerk "Ok, let him buy it." Too bad so sad, jerk off!!!!!!

I had to go to rehab because I got out of control yet again. I went on a serious shopping spree for my folks 50th wedding anniversary. I got them matching LV. I got my Moms the speedy 30 and my Daddy the wallet. It's funny because I wanted to get my Daddy a book bag, but I know my Moms. She would of took that bag from my poor Daddy. So, I made sure I got him something she couldn't use lol! I got myself a new outfit, shoes, and 2 handbags and a bottle of perfume. Well, I had to look nice for their renewal. It was so hard because I wanted something gold. I found the perfect suit, but the shoes were hard to come by. The only shoe that matched it perfectly was that gold Gucci shoe. I had no choice but to get them....sniggle. Well, as long as I was there I might as well get a bag too huh. Since I got my folks something out of LV I got a bag from there too so we could all match....yeah that's why. I had to get a new perfume too. I'm doing much better now though. I think my credit cards will recover soon as well. I do hope they get their color back lol!

A single Schedule 40 PVC pipe coupling from Home Depot at 8:00PM last night so that I could finish the $^%& repair on the water leak from the attic air conditioning unit that was ruining the dining room ceiling.

I love cologne..

I bought 3 4ml tubes of clinique mascara for less than twelve bucks. Score!
And a bunch of samples from lusciouscargo.com. Not a score.
And a pumpkin, some evaporated milk, and pecans for my incredible pumpkin pie with praline topping.
