We know the ones we don't want as gifts again.

Polo green toped my best gidt list w/ Heritage , Eau Sauvage.

I can't believe it. Eau Sauvage sticks like glue on me. Plus Pierre Cardin, &
Azzaro for Men.

Those are the ones that made my day.

Easy. The one that got me interested in the first place:a bottle of Aramis 900 from an Auntie. Bought for me at a young age. I'm in the throes of buying some more as the 15years+ bottle is showing it's age

Aramis 900 is an unsung hero in my book - I just replaced an old bottle myself. Best fragrance gift for me so far has been Kenneth Cole Reaction. It doesn't seem to have a lot of support here on BN but it's one that really works for me.

Woo hoo! Reaction lovers unite!

I haven't really had any frag gifts that people have picked out and given to me. The vast majority of my frag gifts have been ones I've specifically requested & they've gone out & bought. I'd have to say my best one was the Sweet Honesty my mom got for me in 7th grade. My first frag . I wore it for years.

Sweet Honesty! Oh that brings back memories! Was that an Avon fragrance? If it was, I used to wear the solid perfume, and I wore it for years too. I thought I'd never find anything better. How things change...

Indeed, Sweet Honesty is an Avon fragrance . Things have changed a lot for me, as well, lol. Now, the only Avon fragrance I wear is the men's version of Tomorrow.

My boyfriend bought me Numero Uno by Carthusia on my last birthday - classy, Italian, niche...what more could I ask for.

He even got it from Aedes and had it gift wrapped all in a beautiful gift box with the thick ribbon and lots of really good samples from Aedes frags.

My partner bought me Chypre Rouge by Serge Lutens. I hated it and returned it to Aedes for a $110 credit - which was the best fragrance gift ever. I got a bottle of Daim Blond for the credit and began my trip down the Serge Lutens path.
