I know how difficult it is to wait for fragrances you are longing for but on your thread where you inquire about Perfume Homes you said:

"This past Monday, April 23rd I order 3 fragrances from perfumeshome.com, but I usually shop at scentiments.com. However, scentiments did not have Yohji Homme, so I ended purchasing this fragrance among other 2 at perfumes home.

So I think they have given honest information on their site. That is not really poor customer service, IMHO.

However, when your parcel is not delivered on Friday 4th, then they are over the '10 business day' limit.

What about when they don't reply to your e-mail and your voicemail messages? Do you still consider that descent customer service?

No, that is impolite behaviour toward the customer, I agree. But it is possible that they think that the information provided on their site is enough. Many sellers don't feel the 'need' to reassure their customers, as long as they have given their information already.

Papi, don't get upset. You'll see that your parcel will arrive in 10 working days.
And if not: yell as loud as you can.

I don't find on the site where it says to expect delivery within 7-10 business days. It must have been stated at some point during the checkout process?

Anyway, the items were ordered late on Apr. 23. So personally, I would consider Apr. 24 the beginning day of the 7-10 day shipping time; therefore, I would consider the order late if it doesn't arrive on or before May 7th.

I would probably ignore your emails too if they just said "where's my order?"...."why hasn't it shipped yet?" BTW, I don't know what your emails said.

If they are handling the order as they normally do, and their shipments normally reach their customers within the stated time-frame, why should they waste their time responding to all their impatient customers' "Are we there yet?!" inquiries.

Personally, I usually give a company 2-3 additional days beyond their stated delivery time before I start checking the tracking status or firing off emails.
