If you are in Toronto, Canada, you can try to buy it from the upscale store, Andrews in Yorkville. They carry a large selection of Bond No 9.

Not sure about Canada but Bryant Park has yet to make any of the stores that carry Bonds in the UK. :/

Kiss & Makeup, which is located in Vancouver, should carry it. You can purchase online and have it shipped to you. Probably not your cheapest option, but an option nonetheless.

Quorra in Canada has it i think and you can always call the Bond store in NY - they would ship
