Help me decide between Night Flight and Mugler cologne.

Honorable members of the forum

For long I have been following up with your valuable advices on selecting the right cologne, and now once again, I humbly beseech you to guide me and solve a unique dilemma

Its summer time here in Missouri ,USA and I am planning to get a summer cologne. The three contenders are

Gingembre by Roger & Gallet

Joop! Nightflight

Thierry Mugler Cologne

Ive decided to get the Roger Gallet Gingembre, but cannot decide between Night Flight and Mugler cologne.

Could you suggest which of the two should I buy?

I would go with Muglers' Cologne.....I think it is the better of the 2.....NF Joop is a bit on the fruity side...that's not bad it's just my taste......plus......the NF Joop is getting difficult to find......just my opinion......Gary

The only one I'm familiar w/ out of your choices is Mugler Cologne, and as you can see by my wardrobe icon, I totally dig this stuff. It's a summer staple. It's fresh & soapy & I get nothing but compliments when I wear this one. It's definitely a summer scent, too. I tried wearing it a few times during the winter, & each time I thought to myself "Why did I once love this so much?" Then when the weather started to get warmer, I started wearing this more & more often. Now, I can't get enough. Oh, & I'm in Kansas City .

Another vote for Mugler here.
In the warmer weather you truly cant go past MC for a blast of freshness!

go for Thierry Mugler Cologne...it is better for spring and summer or if you got money...try Creed´s Original Vetiver :-)

I have both and agree with the majority who really like Mugler. On me Mugler reminds of Ivory Soap and NF is somewhat "loud and sweet". I have an almost-full larger bottle of NF that I'd probably swap if you're interested.

Mugler Cologne for its soapy clean grassy aroma.

What the heck's "NightFlight" ? Surprisingly, the frag with the same name has yet to get a single thumbs down rating from the basenotes crowd! Must look into this Joop! potion....

I'm not too impressed with Mugler Cologne. Maybe it's the soapiness I don't like... I don't know Night Flight, so I can't help you there.

However, I could suggest a couple of other things: There's a new Allure Homme Sport that's not bad; I also smelled the new Burberry Summer which is OK too. Ever heard of Façonnable Stripe? It's pretty fresh and summery, based on grapefruit.

Actually, both are my favorites so it's a toss up. Nightflight has a nicer bottle, and I've yet to come across anything that even smells like it. Go with Nightflight!

This one does have a great bottle. It reminds me a lot of Chrome & Swiss Army only a little more "sugary" and it probably projects more too. I think it would be classified as a clean scent? It is nice and the kind of scent that probably wouldn't offend unless it was over-applied...

Nightflight of course;this is a very fresh scent with a great sillage;is the best of the Joop frags and always overlooked;just sample it when you can and try.Mugler is more populair,but not so special.Everybody wears it. Nigthflight is class,at least for me,I dont like the other Joop scents but this one is really good.One of the few that I bought three times; just what I did with Platinum Egoiste;when the bottles are empty you are gonna miss it......Well,that just what I think;but buy what YOU like, not what you read;so goodluck!

NightFlight so far away....More longevity! Unique! Not common like Mugler.
