I'm wearing L de Lolita Lempicka today.

It's supposed to be swelteringly hot in Boston today (after the last week or so of *perfect* autumn weather I suppose I shouldn't complain, but I will).

Wearing Missoni courtesy of a sample from the glorious Taolady.

Lots of fun, and the notes include colors ! (Though I think they're supposed to describe the elements that follow.)
Notes: Radiant Yellow Accord, Bergamot, Magnolia, Loquat, Chocolate Brown Accord, Gianduia Chocolate, Amber, Magenta Pink Accord, Peony, Rose, Intense Oranges Accord, Mandarin, Bitter Orange, Persimmon.

The loss of the great Lanvins is a tragedy for perfumery, IMO. I love My Sin and will miss it desperately when my little hoard is gone

Yves Rocher Rose Absolue
Scent twin with you Tovah! Rose Absolu reminds me of jam, rose and raspberry jam...? But indeed very good jam; of the homemade sort.

I have Kenzo Jungle L'Elephant on because I just received my package, the bottle was leaking, and it got all over me. Now that I've smelled so much of it at once, not sure I want it anymore. Overdosed.

Update: DH doesn't like it on me and it really doesn't quite suit me, but kept commenting on the scent and said it makes a nice air freshener. I agree, it does smell good in the house.
I'm going to bed in a cloud of Marc Jacobs' Ivy.
Returned from holiday last night and today I wore my new duty-free fragrance, Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria Pivoine Magnifica. Lovely, fruity, light, fresh, bouncy, summery fragrance. Not at all appropriate for the onset of Autumn, but I care not. The lovely smell permeated all through the house and my daughter commented on it constantly.

I wore possibly the most 'masculine' fragrance I've ever worn in my entire life today: Yatagan by Caron. It's like a male version of Tabac Blond (also by Caron). Wow!

Evening finds me in Avignon by Comme des Garcons.

Yum - I agree! It reminds me of Balkis for raspberry, and The Pink Room for the antique rose notes. I have a Rose Petal Jam cheesecake recipe. PM me if you'd like it.
