How absurd. Nothing I'm sure. Thanks for looking though.

Since you stopped by, care to add your vote to the poll?

The poll option descriptions would only let me enter up to 100 characters and that just wouldn't suffice so here are the poll options (pick 1 and choose the corresponding option in the poll above):

Option1 : I'm confident I could still enjoy Basenotes and life-in-general to the fullest even if I were never to see another "What frag would so-&-so wear?" thread.

Option2: My Basenotes experience and life-in-general would be considerably diminished if I didn't get to speculate at least once a week about what some famous/infamous/imaginary person's fragrance of choice might be.

Option3: I refuse to participate in this mockery of a legitimate source of useful information ("What frag would so-&-so wear?" threads).
Option3:(i.e., I refuse to participate in this thread/poll.)

Fine pint: This poll is in no way intended to influence whether said types of threads continue to appear.

Maybe Gendarme... it was created by a guy with legendary allergies.

L'Antimatière, of course -- there's nothing there.

As gnarly as that guy was...A-Men, of course.

I will respond to the poll...

Best regards,

I think the poll's wording is loaded from the git-go.
Why not just have it read something like: "A) I don't like celebrity threads, B) I like such threads, or C) I don't care"?

option 1

Whereas I do tend to enjoy "what would/did so-and-so wear" type of threads, I went with #1, given the choices. I do agree with tv in that the wording of the options should be changed.

You think?

Did you notice my vote?

I with you on option 3.

I voted for option 3, because if I had no idea how to participate in a poll about what some poor wrinkly dead doofus would have worn, I'd have started a poll loaded with innuendo about how a few "what would Hitler wears" makes me think to much and I could get attention by posting a poll about stuff I don't like.

Anyway I'm sick and tired of seeing some clown who probably doesn't even own any fragrances waste my time with these "What would Grant Osborne wear" or if he could arise from the dead "what would George Harirrson wear" threads. They make me mad.

edit: Can I change my vote to number 1? right I see it's far ahead and I do so like a winner and I'm the only other asshole so far who has posted a willingness for number 3. So I voted for number 1. Good I'm glad that's cleared up. Hey, I discovered this really clean and fresh and youthful smelling brew that the girl next to me in the bar was drinking. I need to start a post about what I should wear to attract her. Btw: her headlights were turned on full blast.

He would probably wear one from the CdG synthetic series since they are inflatable and vacuum-ready! Zero airborne contamination and a familiar smell of plastic for those nostalgic moments of "ooh it smells just like the bubble used to do when I was little!"
