You know, I must tell you all a little secret : My beloved 27 yo. girlfriend is so much interested in this whole Britney thing, that it is sometimes almost frightening. She likes her music (in her own twisted way) too, but more than that, she`s into Britney as a phenomenon. She visist perezhilton.com every single day. And I just keep hearing, "hey Britney did this, Britney did that. Britney is so fuc*ed up, but then aren`t we all...?"

I will tell this latest make up adventure to her, as soon as she wakes up from her nap.

I guess we all need some sort of extra "trash" into our lives, just to keep our heads together. You know, just to keep those heavy everyday thoughts a bit more airy and fluffy.

I'm ashamed I used to like Britney's music. I mean if I listen to it now, I feel like I have to gag.

Geez, I really hope my ex girlfriend has outgrown Britney by now. She was in deep. She used to say that she actually wished she was her. She bought into Britney to the max. If after all this crap, she still doesn't see that Britney is just another product, she really is nuts.

Give yourselves a break people. Trash-Pop is a thing of it`s own, and it is absolutely okey to dig it. Hell, even I think Britney has made some of the greatest trash-pop songs ever : Baby, hit me one more time, Stronger and Toxic are absolutely great songs on their own manner.
I also like some stuff from Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls etc., not to mention some stuff from the 80`s. (I like Modern Talking, and I adore Duran Duran etc.)

But then, I also listen classical music, I enjoy gloomy Soundtracks, Brian Eno is brilliant, I love Leonard Cohen, and Depeche Mode is the best band ever (if you ask me).

I generally like people with, should I say, flexible personalities. This goes with the taste of music, too.
