Rochas Man - worth blind buy?

I'm very very curious about this fragrance as I love AMen. I hated Givency Vi though. Thoughts?

Are there any places I could sample this... all the dept. stores don't sell this.

Its sweet and Amen-esque. They have it at Sephora if you have one close to you.

Yes, worth a blind buy. You can get it in those perfume discount stores in malls for <$30

I think it's better than AMen (quite a bit better actually).

But I think we all know the pitfalls with the ever so tantalizing "blind buy"!

If you'd rather buy A*Men, let me know!

Thinks it's more similar to Hanae Mori for Men than anything. Adds a mellow coffee note. Very nice, especially in the winter.

I think of Rochas Man as a daytime-friendly version of A*men. It's fresher and not as in your face.

Yeah I'd say so. It's awesome from the get go but the drydown to me is a bit too powdery and feminine. It's a frag that I loved for the first week or so and then got tired of it quickly due to the others in my collection...mostly Creeds and Bond's. But yeah, it is indeed an awesome frag and better in my opinion than Angel.

By the way. It is somewhat similar to Fresh - Cannabis Santal, which is kind of strange since they only have a few notes in common.

I was in a Sephora a few weeks ago and sampled Cannabis Santal and noticed the similarities. I sprayed them on the back of my hands and had several people smell each and most agreed as to their similarity.

I'm not sure if this is only me ... It smells like powder milk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with a hint of chocolate + vanilla.
