Name a fragrance you own, but no other Basenoter does...

Thread Starter
Well,I was ready to post about Venezia Uomo by Laura Biagiotti
or
Deep Forest by Bogner
but according to the directory there are members having them /willing to swap or to decant,so it does't count.
A third contender,
Liquid Karl by Lagerfeld
sits comfortably, among others ,in the great photo posted by Uncle Griff showing his collection.
I wish you better luck!
I got a bottle of Nombre Noir on its way to my house, but hey Griff's got tons of that!
Anyone else got Isole Terra or Jardin de France Fougère? Or Cindy C The Diamond?

Anyone got Portuguese Breakfast by Woodspirits?
A bottle of Dominique Ropion and Terry Richardsson (the infamous photographer) fragrance WET.

There was a giveaway at the blog whatwedoissecret.org so there could be other people with it hee, but since I've never seen it mentioned.

Musc Ravageur amplified with coconut added.

discovolante- I have a bottle of Liquid Karl

I have a bottle of Jacomo Eau Cendree. I have never heard of anyone else here owning one.
Is there a way to tell? Where are wardrobe statistics now?
Maybe I am one of two, or the only owner of a bottle of

- Nawaf, an absolutely gorgeous oriental smelling similar to Lutens' Gris Clair
- Hannes B No1 Swiss Design House. A Vetiver between Guerlain and Givenchy. Absolutely tops, best in the Summer. Turin reviewed it in 2004.
- Russisch Leder by Farina, Cologne.
That's doubtful though. Member Nacht (Russia) wrote the only review of it, but he doesn't show a wardrobe.

- F de Fragonard,
- Eau de Soi R&Gallet anyone?

Dozens of Arabian and Indian oils. I guess they do not count.
I bet I can say I have more bottles of Le Male than anyone else on Basenotes, does that count?
Signor Vivara cologne and aftershave, Braggi, Royal Blue, and yes, I too have a bottle of Liquid Karl.

EdM: I did find it online for $50, .25 oz. refill bottle. The only thing that makes the bottle a refill is the tiny, white, nondescript cap, other than that it has the same tilted base.
I haven't had a chance use it very often, but my first impressions are very good.

Anyone own a bottle of Maserati for men, by Italart? For that matter.. I'd date 'anyone' to truthfully claim ownership on a bottle of Cactus by Estico...

a.
I bet I may have one that if anything, very few of you own. L'Altra Follia di Aquarama.

hanks for the mention of French Line by Revillon. This is a very fine, woodsy scent that's available at the Perfume House in Portland for a very reasonable price. Revillon's "R" is also an unknown scent that's very, very weird. Still can't figure out if I like it or not, but if you're looking for unusual, look no further.

My winners:

1) Portos by Amaris (NOT Balencegia). To my knowledge, only Griff has this one. This one isn't "rare" or "discontinued;" it's simply GONE. No ebay, no Google, nothing, gone, nada. Took me years to find.

2) A vintage bottle of Balafre Brun by Lancome

3) Monsieur Worth.

Count me as an owner of Masaratti. Bought it from Perfumes Nazarenne here in Seattle.

Hmm...

Felipe, by Charles Lamaine
Garrigue, by Collines de Provence

and perhaps, but probably not

Cycle, by Otto Kern

John Player Special line, which includes 3 male scents and 4 unisex scents.

For Men
-Black (it gives mysterious feel)
-Silver (smell like a playboy)
-Sports Man (really sporty)

UNISEX
-Be Red (a bit too sweet)
-Be Green (green tea)
-Be Orange (fresh like orange)
-Be Blue (similar to Echo in the top notes)

Oh no need to apologize my friend. I am happy to hear you have these fine fragrances in your wardrobe. They deserved to be sniffed by as many people as possible.

I do think, however, that you've mistaken my

for your

I adore you.

This thread has the potential of exemplifying what is best and worst in our addiction.

Personally, I think it's safe enough, provided it's not the first thread a newbie reads when coming on board. If so, the poor guy might go whacko trying to find worldwide underground e-bays and such if he takes us too seriously.

Cheers,

Mario

Derek Jeter Driven - Avon

Smells nice but has no lasting power :\\

I do own a Follia di Aquarama (inoffensive), but seem to be trumped by L'Altra FdA.
And I also had a very small bottle of Ted Lapidus a very long time ago. I'm embarassed to say that I can't really remember what it was like or what I did with it. Hope I didn't let a rare classic slip through my fingers.
