SotD - Saturday 17 Nov 07

Thread Starter
I will attend a wedding party this evening, which would be fun and full of laughter since the groom and bride are very funny and naughty. There'll be lots of young people, mostly in 20s, then 30s and skip to 50s (you're right, their parents' friends).

I have been thinking of which scent to wear, and I have decided I would go with Michael Kors for men.

Outdoor thermometer again at 30's (1.1 C) this ayem )...the pretty little frog that's been sharing my shower is MIA...had spritzed on some Sweet'n'Lovely Imperial Oppoponax (thanx Kyra!!) one of the most interesting and original scents ever. Creamy, buttery vanilla almost instantly on opening - but dries down into an edgy almost bitter myrrh with powdery overtones. Very "Old World" on me - a good defense against the day!!

Tempted to wear something from Editions de Frederic Malle today after knowingly and willingly letting him flatter me into buying two from my wishlist at a meet-and-greet event here in Boston last night ... But decided instead on Nanadebary Bronze.

Notes: bergamot, mandarin, ylang-ylang, rose, jasmine, tuberose, iris, amber, vanilla, cedarwood, cinnamon.
