25 scents beginners should sample for reference

Regardless of whether you actually like the scents, if a nose virgin asked you to compose for them an introductory reference library of samples, which 25 women's fragrances would you choose to demonstrate the depth/breadth/constellation of notes available in perfumery?

I bet that's the kind of fragrance she means. I had their Verte Extreme at the beginning of my basenotes time-- I lost it. To this day, I can't imagine what happened to it.
