Villoresi Musk a good blind buy?

I read a description of the notes in today's SotD post, and I wonder, do you guys who know this think it's a good blind buy? You can check my wardrobe if you want to see what types of scents I favor...

Thanks!

It seems you like Villoresi's style and musks, so it might well work, though it's a powdery/floral musk that at first seems unobtrusive but can quite easily overwhelm....

It's a very nice powder and rose scent with just a touch of musk, so I find the name is a bit misleading. I buy almost nothing blind anymore, but if you want a powdery rose frag, this is a very, very good one.

Thanks, guys! It pretty much looks like something I wouldn't be interested in... so you've really helped me out!

It's not a good blind buy for you IMO. It has a very powdery nature in the same vein as Laguna PH and Versace Dreamer, which you don't seem too fond of.

i actually have a hard time thinking *any* niche is a good blind buy, unless there's a crazy good clearance deal, etc

No, not at all. Generally I agree with the comment about niches, this one not being an exception.

NO. Villoresi Musk is unusually sweet and powdery for a musk fragrance. Of all the Villoresi fragrances this one is likely to offend someone who doesn't really love that sort of thing.

Wonderful fragrance but horrible blind buy. I think you would appreciate the way it smells, even like it alot, but wearing it can be kind of tricky. I own a bottle, but don't wear it all that much.
