Ok guys,I know there were a lot of comments on both but I have to know which one will fit me better.I am 20(21in a month) years old college student and as far as I know Arpege is more suitable for older gentlemen. And judging on your personal experience which of them has more sillage/longevity?

The Lanvin has incredible longevity and stronger sillage as well.
I personally find Touch more wearable, but each to his own.

Haven't tried Aprege but Touch has some monster sillage and longevity. It lasted through a shower and then a workout over the course of about 30 hours.

I really like Touch although it does seem like it could become cloying under certain circumstances. For what it's worth, I'm 25.

Arpége is the clear winner here, to my mind.
And don't let 'age' be a factor in deciding which scent is for you. They're SMELLS for crying out loud!

This has definitely NOT been my experience!

Lanvin's ARPÈGE POUR HOMME disappears within a couple of hours of application!

Funny, Touch disappears on me instantly and Arpège pour Homme lasts and lasts...

I would definitely go with Arpège pour Homme.

arpège ph lasts and lasts, or at least that's my own personal experience from testing it. touch is one of the few burberry scents i haven't really been able to get into.

Just out of curiosity - for those who don't like Touch, what don't you like about it? I thought it was pretty good - I really liked the way it started...fresh, light, almost "transparent" if I had to give it a color, not particularly strong but just strong enough to be noticed and to be slightly invigorating. Then within 30 mins or so came the middle notes which, I felt start a bit strong, but as it gets further and further into the drydown the chaotic notes just continue to soften, deepen, and blend better and better with one another.

I couldn't help but think that this should have been made by Dior and called "Fahrenheit Fresh."

Lol guys I tested Arpege the day before yesterday and it lasted around 7 or 8 hours and even after that I still could detect some traces.Yesterday I took a shower at 3 o`clock and when I came out of the bathroom I could smell something soooo pleasant and alluring that I immediately started to look for where it came from.I was so surprised when I finally figured out that this gorgeous smell is coming from my wrist!!I24+ hours had passed and I got a shower but this wonderful scent hadn't disappear.I haven't tested Touch yet but I pretty damn sure that my next purchase would be LANVIN ARPGE pour Homme.

Congratulations. You have olfactive fatigue.

The idea of you spraying some more Arpege to increase longevity and sillage makes me scared.

Arpege is a BEAST. Handle with caution.
