Birmane by Van Cleef & Arpels (thanks to Twolf for reminding me that I have such a nice scent hidden in the drobe)

Tried The Different Company Rose Poivrée and Jasmine de Nuit at lunch. I don't that they suit me.

I'm wearing Annick Goutal's Rose Absolue over AG creme splendide body cream. I've got a business meeting this morning and want to feel good for that, so AG it is.

ELdO Eau de Protection yet again
Waiting for my boiler to be replaced...yay! Washing with cold water is invigorating indeed, but I can't stand it on my head..Can't wait to have warm water back!

Well, Ines, it was a bit late yesterday night but when you are in good company.......

A 'Kiss from the Dragon' is a great way to start your day. And I am sure it will do wonders to your poor eye.

Dressed in my most loved Guerlain

Shalimar
Vintage extrait: a glowing sensual beauty. Probably safer to stay at home today and enjoy my music

A great Tuesday to you all.

Cold horn, cold hooves
Poor Unicorn, you sure need that Eau de Protection. And hot coffee as well.

Good luck today and let's pray this will go smoother than last time .....

My very own Recital for me today. Off to see my dad and kill my cousin. Not really, but the desire is very strong. Long story, not to be shared here.

Lecturing today on 2nd wave Feminism. Decided to pick a fragrance launched on a specific date included in my lecture ...after searching the directory for a match, found one:
1000 (1972) - Jean Patou - launched the same year Gloria Steinham launched Ms Magazine

So today my feminism will be laced with osmanthus

It's a cold day in Norway. I'm wearing Black Cashmere.

Wow, Dee- that's very innovative- and a complex beauty.
Poor Lady- I'm sending you big sister hugs, scented w/ D'Ida !

Hope that eye is improving, Inees...

It looks like the Jewish mama on the Irish Riviera needs to make virtual chicken soup for many !

[ Consider yourself served, my dears !]

Get well-

Oooooh Baby! Wear it in good health!! THE feminine frag for sure. (Reminds me of a divine diva friend of mine who said she never could understand why she should have to settle for equality when she'd had superiority all along!!)

To prove a point: I'm starting the day in CK Eternity Summer 2006 - a sample from the wonderfully generous KBE. More osmanthus and bergamot and lavender - perfect for this promising-to-be-warm day.

Mental hugs, chicken soup and piping hot coffee for all!!! Chaya's got the soup under control, I'll handle the coffee with Riannon, and we can share the hugging all around.

Chaya, you smell GORGEOUS and have got me itching to get the new Parfum d'Ida! Do you know if it's available for sale yet?

Sharing the house with you in Neil Morris Fragrances Dark Earth. On me, lots and lots of patchouli and then deep, rich earth with a touch of spice, loam and myrrh.

Thanks jillsy - but I was much frowned upon. I got off to a bad start by arriving 5 minutes late, and I'm normally anally punctual. Perhaps I was distracted by smelling wonderfully fragrant, but as usual no one has remarked upon it one way or the other. Heathens, one and all. They don't deserve me.

I rearranged my travelling box of perfume samples last night, and I've added some Penhalligen's to the collection that I take everywhere in my bag. Cornubia, Hammam Bouquet and Blenheim Bouquet. I might apply one later this afternoon, probably Cornubia.

wearing Vol de Nuit Evasion... thanks for your bottle Ruggles!

Last night, with my wine-induced nose, it smelled very much like Attrape Coeur/Guet Apens. Today, I'm not so sure... have to keep my nose to it.

Wearing some Narguile to start the day (kisses, Stinkerbell). Will shower in a while and don't know what I'll chose to wear after that. Paralyzed with so many options.

Best tidings to every one of you dear, funny, loving kids!
Bellodgia for me today.
Egoiste but it's fading so I'll touch it up with some AMBRE RUSSE by PdE.

Very unusual scent of Scorpio by Ayala Morial.
(I could list the notes, but it would only throw you off.)
On the whole, it smells like stepping into an ancient spruce forest, dry twigs cracking underfoot, silence and woodiness all around, the aromatic sap dripping and hardening on the trunks of the evergreens. It is a celebration of resin.
Part of her discontinued Zodiac line, but it still available on special order.
The mega-shame is that soon she will no longer have samples lying around.
So, if you are curious, request samples of the unusual, all-natural, Zodiac fragrances while you still can. (All are half-price until the end of 2007.)
On another subject, it amuses me to see the range of temperatures among posters, from below freezing up all the way to the 70s today.

West Side, which brings a smile to my face because it always reminds me of Twolf and her kindness!
Feminism is usually at it's best when laced with Osmanthus. Almost as important as mixing with a sense of humor.

Accidental layering report. Last night's Ambre Russe on skin (thanks, Tao-honey- lemming baiter) with Bellodgia on nightgown.Worth doing on purpose.

Im wearing Narciso for Her today.

Today,I am craving roses.

While it is cold outside, by building at work is stifling. So, I am going with a bright airy rose scent, long lasting with a polleny drydown: Zita.

Afterwork, will probably relax in AL Incense Tibet.

Afternoon fragrance update ... sampling MPG Racine. Very nicely done frag! Can't imagine I'd wear it often, but the sampling experience is most pleasant.

I've spent a very happy day in Tabac Blond. Including taking the WordChick to Mothers and Toddlers group.
Now in my PJs and starting work (freelancer + kids = midnight oil) and have refreshed with another spritz. Mmmm flannel jammies and TB. Works for me.

...pre-dinner in the unbelievably beautiful Le De seamless violets and roses and cream. (I think) SHAME on you Wolfie for seducing me with this discontinued Givenchy.
Another semi accidental layering; that is I knew my hands were nearly dripping Pom Noire and decided to try Tea for Two again anyway. Not brilliant but it rather works.

Green Irish Tweed by Creed.

Started the day in Michael Storer Djin, and am now wearing his Il Giardino after the gym (it is recommended for post-workout, after all.) After my bath it's back to the MPG samples in Santal Noble.

Finishing the evening in Habanita, practicing footwork with DH in the entry way (need a class in remedial high heel wearing- Himself has learned much better, but I step on my own toes). I will have to make myself wear this wicked scent out of the house. They just don't make skank like the used to.
