Chanel 19 EdP question . . .

I recently bought a half ounce of Chanel no.19 parfum and fell in love with it, so much that I have been wearing it for the last few days. Of course I don't want to work through my bottle too quickly so I'm wondering how close the EdP or EdT is to the parfum? I know that Chanel is notorious for having the same formula for their scents smell completely different in the parfum, EdP, and EdT. Which version is going to be closest to parfum?

Thanks for your help!

I recently bought the EDT and started a thread about my purchase. I remember that scentemental suggested trying the EDP at some point. I think it has alot to do with the vetiver. Hopefully some more people will chime in here to help you out.

Here is the thread I was speaking of:

I have not tried the Parfum, but I have tried the EdT and the EdP. I found the EdT to be drier and greener. I'm curious to read a side-by-side comparison, too. I plan on purchasing one of the #19s. So far, I'm leaning towards the EdT.

After doing a little more research it seems the EdT version is most like the pure parfum, or at least compliments it well. Looks like I'll be heading to my local Nordstrom tomorrow to get a bottle.
