Fragrance Branding or Marketing

Hey Guys, for my dissertation yes you guessed it I have decided to base my dissertation on the power branding has on on fragrances. But I am at a short end when it comes to finding usefull information regarding motivation on why people buy fragrances and also what marketing branding stratgies are used in the Fragrance Industry. It would be a blessing and a God send if any of you guys know any useful links regarding my dissertaion.

Wow, a whole Ph. D. dissertation??? What's your major? Definitely check out general consumer behaviour and marketing for a good foundation if you haven't already done so. I got 102 hits on PsycINFO 1962-Present and 142 on EBSCO searching for "perfume".

You may want to think about changing your disertation to the subject of lazy grad students.

Check with your reference librarian for help accessing these through your school's account.

What institution do you attend, by the way?
