I sirs that fragances have a "shaving aura",(not powdery barbershop smell),for me:

English Fern Penhaligon's and
Jockey Club C&M.

Crown Perfumery's Crown Imperial. Very lemony/clean opening, herbal/wood/powder base.
Supposed to smell like an "Edwardian barbershop." Well, I read that before I actually smelled
it, so that might have something to do with it. But now you have too. The effect is
convincing.

I think all of the C&M scents give that shaving aura. Particularly the vintage Greenbrier if you can find a bottle. The new reformulation is not good in my opinion. I think Blenheim also does this
