Where do you keep your fragrance collection?

Just curious where you keep all your frags...Do you keep them all together? I usually keep some on the dresser or in the closet.

I keep all my fragrances inside their original boxes in a dark wardrobe.

Lightninrod, I would be very wary about keeping fragrances in the bathroom. They would experience large fluctuations in temperature.

i, too, am curious on how these basenote masters keep their fragrances

i have this ikea wood side table mini cabinet thing....
two shelves inside
top: winter
bottom: summer

and i have all my samples and decants in a drawer in my desk along with grooming essentials and the scent i used that day

SA said...just a cool and dark cabinet....but also recommended a fridge...

would a wine cooler be a good place...to maintain the cool temp....not necessarily FDA meat storage temperature?

i have a question about boxes: keep or throw away

i have heard people say it will convenient when moving....
college in in 2 years...

so what are your pros and cons?

In my bedroom away from heat & light, in the back of a swivel mirror.

I keep all of the boxes, in case I ever decide to swap or sell something that's fallen out of favor.

I keep mine on a vanity. I am a vampire by nature. I keep my apartment very dark. I don't like bright light anywhere. I have black curtains over my windows. I keep it 65 degrees in my place year around. So, it's always cool in there. I can't stand the heat.

I keep mine in a dedicated medium-size fridge between 55 and 60 F.

I keep all frag boxes, opened and flattened in other, larger boxes stored in the garage.

Inside my bathroom's cabinet. I know, large temp. fluctuations, but thing is they look dead sexy all arranged in there with their respective box and in height order. I do have a little fridge in my room, but the problem is that I can't get the temp. to go above 4 Celsius and I am scared that it is too low and will just ruin my fragrances.

I keep mine in a dresser drawer, cool & dark. They are sepereted between two.

One drawer holds the ones I don't go to that often (designer scents) The other holds the ones for more everyday use (more of my 'niche' scents).

I need to do this! But my other boxes that home foam in them (frederick malle) I'll leave erect.

The majority of my frags are kept in a cardboard box in my bedroom. I do keep a couple random ones in the bathroom under the sink. I have a few cheapies in my bathroom as well, that are kept on a shower rack that's nailed to the wall, lol.

Mine are on my dresser right now. but I don't have much after moving so often and throwing stuff out. Yeap. I fell prey to the idea that I needed a "signature" scent. I suppose if any scent fit that bill its Pink Sugar unfortunately...but its not right for every day and situation.

Mine are kept in my study, inside a doored shelf - it looks quite nice... all lined up!

(Some are hiding behind my chess books though... the ones that I don't want to see so much and don't yet want to give up! )

Mine are on shelves in my closet. It is probably the room that keeps the most constant temperature throughout the year. And the only light it sees is when I go in there.

I keep mine in their boxes on the bottom shelf of the hall closet on the way to my bathroom. It's cool there and if there's a quake I don't have too worry much. I know it's anal but I decant most of them into the smaller sprays I got before I bought full bottles
