Most worn stats extravaganza!

Gawd, I don't have the patience/time/organisation skills for this. Maybe in 2008 I'll start a spreadsheet or something (bet I don't). So I'm going to guess that my most worn frags of the latter part of the year were Infusion d'Iris, Black Cashmere and Coco Mademoiselle. Scent of the year I think was probably Shocking, I went on about it enough (although I think it may be a close run thing with Infusion d'Iris).

I'm with Clemmie on this one! Sistahs in the "lack of patience" catagory. Hehehe ... I do think I wore Shocking, Mitsouko, Tabac Blond, Montaigne, Chergui, 24 Faubourg, and Parfum Sacre the most though. The rest of the year was occasional wearings, and tons of sampling!

I haven't a clue what my most worn perfume of the year was, but latterly in the year I have worn Annick Goutal a fair bit. Rose Absolue is the most worn of the AGs.

I kept a fragrance diary for about 2 months but it became a chore I didn't need, as if I don't have enough already. I might restart it and see how long I last. It is useful for sampling, as one can easily forget one's reactions to a quick sample of fragrance from the myriad little vials or shop samplers in the collection. If I keep the diary again it will be an online version such as a searchable spreadsheet - not nearly as nice but much more practical.

Given I had only one bottle until I discovered this site recently, my most worn would be Light Blue. Recently, I'd have to be Vanilla Champagne or Mentafolia.

I've heard raves about Jicky- may have to cave and buy a teeny sample next payday!

December - well I did spend a few days not wearing any scent at all, because I was ill and just didn't have the inclination (and I guess, much sense of smell) but my stats are:

I haven't kept stats for the year...only been doing this since June. So no annual statistics from me! Next year will be another matter.

Do not really have accurate stats except those collected searching SotD here - so my official ones only date back to Nov 2007. Will keep better track in 2008.

Do know that perfume house most worn for the year was Guerlain. Runner up Lancome.
Since Nov - Caron, Hermes, SL (Datura Noir) and MPG entered the running.

Most worn fragrance for the year - L'Heure Bleue, Guerlain
1st Runner up - Terracotta Voile d'Ete, Guerlain
2nd runner up - Poeme, Lancome
3rd runner up - Mahora, Guerlain

Made no repeats of more than 3 wearings since November joining basenotes because I was testing samples/gifties and new purchases from my very enlarged wardrobe. Will be interesting to see what I gravitate to the most in 2008.

I do know that thanks to BN I will no longer ever wear out just one or two frags. I am enjoying immensely this new concept of variation and will never again have a "signature" scent - not that I ever thought of it as such - I just got up every morning and usually splashed on L'Heure Bleue or Terracotta or Poeme (the three I wore the most) without really thinking about it. Only time I would think was if I changed scents for the evening for going out.
