Sel de Vetiver opens with a grapefruit note that is sweet, watery, and marked by an odd salty quality that makes it completely unique. If that's all the scent did, and it just lasted like that... -
I was pleasantly surprised with the fragrance when I compared it to Allure Homme Sport. I think it beat AHS by a lot and was an easy purchase at the mall. I'm a big fan of tonka bean though so...

On me there's more freshly turned dirt than sweetness (I envy you [Zibeline] your "sugar skin") and the figs are ripe ripe ripe....and there's a kind of wet sand-iness there. Which could be one definition of "lush" ... now it's coming into a creamy kind of condensed milk. Also not terrible. Don't know yet whether or not I'll add it to my fig collection (I'm already hundreds of dollars into January's budget - which was supposed to be zero!!)"
