waw...had this 2 days on after a very long time, and received 2 compliments from 2 ladies...
The last one said that it was the mixture of patchouli and spices that attracted her !

well, good to know there is something else out there besides of M7, JPG, AdG etc....;-)

Renzo

cool, now you might enjoy some of my favorites besides GG,

Trussardi Uomo, Chanel Anteaus, Van Cleef & Arpels pour Homme, Gucci Envy, Aramis 900, Jeez Louise, Balenciaga pour Homme and Portos, Zino Davidoff, Ugaro 1, 2 and 3 are just a few which have patchouli lusciously blended into them.

The vintage, pre-reformulation stuff is still worlds better than the new, though -- MUCH more civet.
Also, there are GG's very close kissing cousins you should consider:
Patchouli Index Pure by Fresh and H.O.T. Always by Bond No. 9.
Both are expensive as hell, but both also embody much more of the old Gentleman feistiness than does the new GG.

Givenchy Gentleman is a favorite of mine. I always notice women seem to stand a little closer when I'm wearing this beast.

Trust me, Aaron, when I say that guys do the same with me.

Any way you cut it, GG is a dirty, dirty boy.

I love it too: I get great reactions, most of the time their is a pause, followed by; that's nice, what is it? Keep in mind that the average age of my work collegues is 25 and it's aquatics & mugler all the way..
