i like brit better...its far less cloying and more enjoyable only imo though...i know people that love code...its just not for me, however i think brit is awesome.

hmm..good question...

Brit for me, Code is too cloying and not suitable for the weather here.

Toss up. I think they're both great.

I have Code and it is a decent fragrance, but not my favorite. I sure would not wear it every day. However, there is one thing I can say, there are a lot of women that really like Code.

I have and love both.

I love Code but the longevity is poor, in contrast to Brit which is terrific in that regard. Brit has a nice English tea note in the background whereas Code has a kind of cloying medicinal background.

In the top notes Code wins hands down in my opinion, overall however Brit beats out Code for a better overall experience from start to finish, and a much longer experience.

Brit I think is the more unique one of the two. Code is definitely the darker one, so it may be the one for night life purposes out of these two, but for that mission there are many other better alternatives which would only complicate things here...

I like them moth, but I think Brit is better, last longer, has better projection. At the same time, among people who care for recognizable and familiar scents Code is more popular, just like AdG.

Brit by a country mile!

Funny. I have had both these several times and I end up selling/swapping them each time. Neither really "get it done" for me.

For what it's worth, I probably prefer Code, but my wife likes Brit.

I got both :-) I like Armani Code more.

Armani Code. Though the initial blast if Brit is more compelling, those notes disappear rather fast, and what remains is not as interesting as that of Code.

I´d go for the Burberry as well. More original and definitely better longevity, although sillage is pretty
low on this one as well. It really is a "sleeper" scent, quite easy to dismiss to begin with. But it has a subtle gingerbready, rose & black tea appeal that is somewhat unique and definitely british - nice.

The Armani isn´t bad per se, but ultimately a bit redundant and above all fleeting.

//mmm

Code has no longevity and sillage.

Brit is potpourri.

So I wouldnt chose any of them.

Armani Code for sure....Gary

At least where I live, code is a step below ADG as far as the number of people that I have smelt wearing it.

I just re-sampled Brit again because of all the love I see it getting, and it really struck me as a boring fragrance.

I prefer Armani Code. Right now I am actually wearing Burberry Brit for the first time. I find the two fragrances very similar. However Brit smells sweeter and more powdery, too much so. Brit does seem to have better longevity and projection. Code is more interesting, especially the transition from the top notes into the heart. The Olive flower note in Code is very pleasant, not too sweet. I also prefer the look of the Code bottle.

Brit is worth owning - Code is not.
Code is overplayed here, and Brit doesn't smell just like Code but also like many other fragrances that I smell daily (base notes are absolutely identic to LL Au Masculine on my skin) but it sure lasts forever.

Code is more unique, ladies love it, and smells maybe bit more expensive to me (which also is).
Brit is cheaper, lasts longer, scent is less playfull (more formal) than Code.

None of them is really my cup of tea and I'd pick stuff like Dior Homme (Intense), Rochas Man, Pure Malt, Dreamer or London over them.

+1 My thoughts exactly. I have never really liked Code, went through a whole bottle of Brit.

They're both fine, but for the money, probably Brit.

I'd definitely choose Brit. To me, it's just a more unique scent. I find Code to be very "safe", bland, and generic. I wouldn't say it's bad, but to me it's too conservative & boring.
