Enough flowers for now...

As usual, fragrances that SCREAM grapefruit...not orange, not lemon, not just "citrus". Examplery scents based on or featuring grapefruit predominantly.

Index Pomegranate Anise by Fresh is so grapefruit prominent, I can't believe Fresh didn't put the 'grapefruit' name in the title because it is prominent grapefruit in the top, middle and dry down.

what about V-Tonic by fresh...i still have not heard of anyone trying this, but it has grapefruit all up in its grill

Acqua di Roma Uomo is probably the best grapefruit scent I could remember, odd as I've never paid any attention to this note.

I don't see grapefruit mentioned in the notes on the website? Its also a "body splash"..whatever that means. Have you tried it?

To me, Dammuso from Profumi di Pantelleria is T H E grapefruit scent, it stays and stays and stays grapefruit-y on your skin, even if there is quite some musk involved in the base.

Biagiotti's Roma Uomo does not evoke grapefruit for me, but rather an orange-flavored Creamsicle.

Not mentioned, though, and SCREAMING sulfurous grapefruit, is Nina Ricci's masterpiece, Memoire d'Homme!

I'd have to say Un Jardin sur De Nil again.....its supposed to be grapefruit and mango.....but i cant even tell mango is even present......and the grapefruit note remains dominant throughout all phases of the development including the drydown.

Alex - I didn't 'get' the mango either until I wore this scent for a while. Give it some time & maybe you'll be able to detect it later on. The green mango note is tricky. It's extremely unique and I detect it after the grapefruit fades, usually an hour or two into the dry down.

I grew up around mango trees (we had one in my backyard) and when I would get an unripe mango off of the tree and cut thru the tough peel the smell is exactly like UJSLN. NOT the ripe mango note (found in other fragrances, like Black Orchid), rather the tart, tropical and starchy green mango note.

Also Alex I think you meant to type ...Un Jardin Sur Le Nil.

They added this friggin grapefruit note to Bulgari pour homme Extreme (it's even being mentioned on Bulgari's website) that destroys the whole experience for me. Others have liked it fine though.
