L'eau D'Issey - suitable for daily highschool wear?

I'v considering buying a bottle of L'eau D'Issey to wear as a daily, but I've read that it isn't suitable as a daily because it isn't neutral enough for the office. However, since high school is much less formal, would it be suitable to wear as a daily?

Totally. If high schoolers can wear Acqua Di Gio, Curve, and Cool Water, why not L'eau D'Issey? I wore AdG in high school and I felt it had more "bite" than Issey Miyake. It's totally fine. Just as long as you don't bath in it and wear it lightly. If you have a cute girl sitting behind you in class, maybe you can get a light mist of it on the back of your neck. Haha.

Yep.

Yup, its a good daily casual, long lasting frag, but since its so popular and theres probably a few other guys wearing it, try the "Intense" version or some of the summer versions, or my other suggestions for similar frags would be "Live Jazz" by YSL, "Versace man eu' Fraiche" by Versache, "XS" by Paco Rabanne or "New York" by Kenneth Cole. These are the easiest to come by, but theres a whole bag of citrussy, nice fragrances out there that are good alternatives.

yeah...just go easy as it may induce headaches if applied liberally

Ok, thanks! I don't think I need to worry about other people wearing it too, for some reason not many guys wear fragrance in my school. And if they do it's A&F/Axe type stuff. Thanks again!

Yes, and I love it. Though don't wear it as often anymore.

And most people wear daily something that smells much worse than this.

Yes. Younger girls love this

I used to wear it when I was high school ...

Depends really where you go to school I go to a small private school, where most children's parents are pretty affluent, yet still Axe (Lynx) seems to be more popular than most things! There are only 90 people in my year, and I only know of one other that wears something more than Axe (AdG, lol!)

But I think, very few kids in British Schools use anything but a scented anti-perspirant, that anything will make you stand out, and L'eau D'Issey would suffice

Do they? Just how young are we talking about?

It was all the rage about 10-14 years ago among schoolkids, so they're probably in their late20s-early 30s by now......

My school is basically exactly the same. Although we have ~120 people in our year.

Cool, but honestly, I know it's suitable for daily highschool wear, but how about going for something thats a bit more suave and has more depth to it, sure L'eau D'Issey will get you compliments, but there's so much more out there to be explored!

I've already got 10ml decants of:
Dolce and Gabbana Pour Homme
Very Valentino
Green Irish Tweed
Himalaya
Jaipur Homme
Michael Kors
Eau de Rochas
Bogart Homme

And have 125ml bottles of:
Gucci Envy
DKNY Be Delicious
Desire Red by Alfred Dunhill

So this certainly isn't the only thing I'll be using/experiencing!

Definitely YES!

I wore Issey at that age too. A good scent, works well. Maybe also consider Issey Bleue?

Well I'm 20 and I wore it, so according to your estimation all those 6-10 year olds back in my elementary school were begging for a piece of young man candy when they got a waft of me...

Yea, high schoolers love this stuff (especially asians actually...) so it should be a safe bet. As Anthony mentioned though, XS is much better.

I wore Issey some. . . I gave a friend's little brother (11th Grade) some of the Terre D'Hermes, and he's only given me good feedback from it.
