How does Prada's Iris compare to Iris Bleu Gris

I really like Iris Bleu Gris - much much better than Dior Homme (tho it's been over a year since I've smelled that.) Actually, it seems to fit the same niche in my wardrobe as Prada Amber, albeit much less sweet.

Anyways, I was just wondering how Prada's Iris compares to Iris Bleu Gris for those who've smelled both.

Thanks.

Sculpture, I love Iris Bleu Gris too. It's the scent that taught me how much I like iris and thus lead me to many other iris scents. It also sets the bar very high for them too. In that regard it simply blows away Prada Iris. There's no way I can wear the Prada after knowing IBG. I urge those with other reactions to contribute, but for me, the Prada doesn't even exist.

What are the primary differences? I can always try to read between the lines by reading the reviews of each, but I'd prefer to hear firsthand points of view from those who've tried both. Thanks.

I've only wrist tested the Prada but it was unmemorable. That's how bad it was. I remember it was light, watery, faint with iris, and just plain generally a bland and too light scent. A scent that's "scared" of being a scent. One of those.

I can't give better differences because the Prada was so nothing to me.

What other iris scents should I sample before I can safely stick with IBG? I'd give some characteristics for what I'm looking for in an iris scent, but I'm not really sure. I just know that I like IBG much more than Dior Homme.
