The hot-ironed fabric smell

Today, I tried Chanel's Antaeus, and the dry down reminds me so much of Chanel's No. 5.

What is it that they have in common? The smell that I'm referring to is like "hot-ironed fabric" smell that I think Bois de Jasmin refers to in *eir web log post on Musks. (http://boisdejasmin.typepad.com/_/20...nce_ingre.html) Is it habanolide I'm smelling? Aldehydes, maybe?

Is it the same thing that causes the hot-ironed fabric smell in Must de Cartier?

I get this hot-iron smell from Bond no. 9 New Haarlem.
