Hello, all i'm looking for instructiins on how to properly dissolve musk ketone powder.
1. what do you use to dissolve it with?
2. is there any heating involved in the process?
3. and if so about how may degrees do you heat to?

all answers would be gladly appreciated. that's in advance

Well, as was said in response to your post yesterday in the Female Fragrance Forum, both benzyl benzoate and methyl dihydrojasmonate are good solvents for musk ketone.

A little heat can spead the process but it is not necessary. I sometimes use a hot water bath. I recommend that you do _not_ use a microwave.
