Favorite Office/casual frag for a mature guy

Thread Starter
I really find myself wanting to collect mostly office-friendly fragrances. So far I am very pleased with:

Burberry London
Terre d'Hermes
John Varvatos
Creed Original Vetiver
Paco Rabanne pH (used carefully)

What do you like to wear to the office, or for casual wear.

Thanks,
Jon

What he said.

I typically avoid fragrances with strong musk notes, although sometimes I can't help wearing Narciso Rodriguez or Himalaya on occasion. From petruccijc's list, I often wear the following: Rive Gauche Pour Homme, Acqua di Parma Colonia (and Assoluta), Mugler Cologne, Azzaro, GIT, and Original Vetiver. Could also add Habit Rouge and Chanel PM in light doses. BTW, I'm the same age as you, work in a semi-formal business area (contract scientific research, lots of direct client contact), and have no reservations about wearing any of the above.

Funny you already have John Varvatos. I'm wearing right now and would agree that it is one of my favorites all around and even more so for the specific qualifications you listed (casual/office). It is also a perfect Autumn frag.

Any others I might suggest are:
The Dreamer
Gucci pour Homme
Mechant Loup

Gris Clair would probably work pretty well as would Bond No 9 Riverside Drive.

The Dreamer and Burberry's Brit (suprised no one mentioned this), its fresh and light.

Office dressy: Tiffany for Men

Office casual days: Acqua di Parma Colonia Assoluta

Two safe designer names are:

Polo Explorer

Davidoff Adventure

These are great for office or casual. They smell nice and would be hard to over apply.

I have to be honest.. there are very few I wouldn't wear to my office. If they don't like it, they're fired! (Or I'll at least tell them to mind their business )
I might just do a very light application of something that might be overpowering (such as my tomorrow's SOTD)

I love it when my husband chooses Terre d'Hermes or John Varvatos for work. I also like it when he wears Truefitt & Hill West Indian Lime or Diptyque's Tam Dao.

A "unisex" that is one of my favorite work fragrances is Eau de Cartier. It's a perfect concoction for just about anywhere!

I would also like to add:

Creed
Millesime Imperial
Neroli Sauvage
Tabarome Millesime
Royal Water
Erolfa
Himalaya
Citrus Bigarrade

Bulgari pour Homme Extreme
L'Eau D'Issey pour Homme
