I bought a lot of women's fragrances at a yard sale. One was called "Copelia," and it reminded me of Opium pour Homme, but I'll describe it and hope that a BNer knows what this is a "knockoff" of. It starts off with a minty toothpaste/root beer smell. I guess that's benzoin, a light camphor type thing. It's probably got a little pepper or spices in there, as well as very light florals. As it dries down, vanilla becomes pronounced, but the opening notes continue. Amber must be in there too, though it's not as obvious as in some frags. There are no woods or fruit. I know I've smelled this before, but the only thing I can remember that might be similar is Opium PH.
