Burberry London = Micheal Kors???

So its been a couple years since i tried Burberry London..

I sprayed some on my skin and the first thing that came to mind was a more powdery Micheal Kors...Both frags definately have that boozey thing going on...

However the London just about disappeared on my skin after an hour or so...

The fact that i own Micheal Kors which i judge to be the better frag just doesn't make London bottle worthy...

Shame... after reading so much praise recently on the board for this one... i really wanted to like this one...

Hmm, I find nothing powdery about London.

To get decent longevity I have to spray on my chest so that the fabric retains the scent. I usually do about 5 sprays. Even so, it's gone in about 3 to 4 hours.

I will have to check out Micheal Kors, sounds interesting.

Absolutly not.. Only similar thing is the musk..

Michael Kors is unique smokey leather hardcore musk, with rich spises.. Its the only scent i have ever tryed that comes close to Dk Fuel for men, but absolutly not London..

London is more similar to armani attitude and that area =)

I have both .. if were talking about the later London to me it more resembles John Vavartos and not MK

And btw, i know i know, musk is not written in the notes of michael, but if anyone here smells that frag without getting the muskyness, i must retire my nose =)

I agree with most above. I find nothing powdery about London..unless you tried the original....and Kors is really a more hard core leather/tobacco musk type smell whereas London is a little spicier..peppery to me.

London on me easily lasts 8-10 hours. I never wear more than two sprays.

I have both and don't find any similarities. Both are also not powdery. London lasts about 5-6 hours on me with 3 sprays.

By the way, many of us will wear Burberry London tomorrow, me included!

I like Burberry London, but longevity is baaaad....Gon in 2 hours! I regret i`d buy this one!
