Hi all, new member would like some suggestions. Have been here a while reading the reviews and different articles I havent posted any reviews because I know what I like and really cant describe all the notes the way others do. Right now I am looking for a fragrance for the cooler months one that is a bit stronger in scent guess you would call it woody or spicey would opium be along these lines . At present I use GIT by creed, Acier Aluminium by creed, Bois du Portugal by creed, Crome by Azzaro , Acqua di Giò by Armani and eternity summer by ck.

See if you like Egoiste by Chanel. Almost all Basenoters would agree on this fragrance.

A few others that work very well in cold weather:
Habit Rouge by Guerlain.
New York by Parfums de Nicolai.
Pi by Givenchy.

Good luck!

Edit: Yes Opium is nice for cold weather. See if you can smell the EdP version as well, a lot of people here like it.

Geo. F. Trumper has a great line of scents in the woody/spice mode.
You might also check out Roger & Gallet, Open and L'Homme fit that bill.
That is a cozy sort of scent to wear in the winter months.
Also check out Lalique, Encre Noir. A very nice scent. Great vetiver and other things.
DSquared He Wood is pretty good too.

Not to get off topic or anything, but Jack.......after watching your you-tube, I am convinced you have been drinking way too much M7 as of late.
