Samsung/Verizon Omnia cellphone... Could someone call Bvlgari?

To be honest, I'm in the market for a new cellphone. (I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless for my carrier, as they seem to have the best coverage around here.)

Imagine my surprise when I found that Samsung, in conjunction with Verizon, has just crossed the line in the "iPhone-killer" wars to beat Apple and AT&T, betraying our beloved smellies in the process. Their new 5-megapixel camera-packing, Windows Mobile 6.1-running touchscreen cellphone is called... get this... the Omnia. That's right... they copied the name of a popular Bvlgari scent (and one that, in its original form, is quite popular on Basenotes).

What will the sequel phones be called... the Omnia Crystalline? Then the Omnia Amethyste?

Well, they're probably trying to attract as many buyers as possible, including fragrance lovers. But it looks like the effect they get is the opposite. lol But you never know...some people might love the name, I know some Romanians who would buy anything that sounds 'luxurious'.
The phone looks ok, however I can't stand Samsung, don't ask me why. I'm a Nokia fan, N95 is perfect for what I need.
And, by the way, I couldn't care less about the name of the phone, I usually never remember it, unless it's very simple. But sincerely, I prefer this, even though it's kinda cheesy, than Nokia 7549357923.
