Okay this is the search I am searching for a sweet vanilla/ambery fragrance that is slightly Musky and has some woody tones in there is there a fragrance like this available.

Let's see... Helmut Lang EdC is a musky vanilla with a lightly woody base. I recently got a fragrance from L'Occitane called Eau des Baux that fits all of these criteria. If you want to go niche, try Montale's Boise Vanille, which is a woody, incense heavy vanilla.

MPG Ambre Precieux, although the musk is not prominent (most synthetic musk notes are not very strong, anyway)

Parfumerie Generale L'Ombre Fauve, an amber based fragrance with slightly dirty musk notes and hints of woods and patchouli. Absolutely stunning frag

Carven Homme has rosewood with the vanilla amber base. It's spicy, but if you are looking for super musky, it may not have it.

is this one overtly feminine...is it masculine at all or does lean more to the ladies side....it does sound good.

Am I wrong for thinking that this is a perfect time to suggest one of my favorites?... Baldessarini Ambre.

This is a unisex fragrance that can easily be worn by anyone. If anything it probably leans a little more toward the masculine side.
