How many sprays in 1 ml sample vial?

Because I accidentally just spilled the entire sample of Montale Black Aoud on my wrist

I am hoping it only one spray?


I know this thing has killer sillage and projection I don't want to knock anyone out

Well, it's a whole different ball game. That's Eau de Parfum you're wearing. I think it's at like 22% fragrance compared to EdTs which are under 10%.

You only need one DROP of that stuff, is what I'm saying.

And you WILL smell it for more than 24 hours, guaranteed. It's already in your system.

So yeah... I hope you enjoy the ride. Hahaha.

5-10 sprays in a ml depending on the sprayer. Montale ones put out a small dose so nearer to 10/ml I would guess.
Creeds which put out quite a long spray come in at about 6-7 per ml.

well my girlfriend just came home as soon as she walked in the door and i was in the computer room she said what did you spray and that was about 45 minutes ago

but she said it smells great and says i love it!


i did not tell her the price yet though lol

Wow, as good as Black Aoud smells, I can't imagine doing more than about two sprays. I am sure you can be detected from long range right now (and for a while). Good stuff, but very powerful and with tremendous sillage and longevity.

I thought 50 ml provides over 700 sprays, so 14 to 15 seems right, and is consistent with my experience, dealing with small atomizers with about 1 ml of juice.

ROFL GOOD LUCK!!!! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you get anywhere from 6-10 sprays in 1 ml. Anyways, i use 1 spray of Black Aoud on my chest and rub my wrists and then rub my neck with the wrists. Oh, btw i spilled a sample of Musc Ravageur on my wrists and hands (it just slipped!) one time. Hope it doesnt put you off BA!

i went out today did some shopping, no one said anything positive or negative, or made any weird faces

I do love the rose that comes out of Black Aoud


Funny thing did not realize my dog must have been under me when I slipped and got some on her, my girlfriend said wow she smells like your cologne did you spray her? LOL



I am curious how M7 smells, that seems really popular here, and has aoud as well, but for some reason every store in NYC I tried says it is discontinued

ok it been a fun ride...i still smell it...and i enjoyed the ride, it been about 24 hours

I have to say I am adding Montale Black Aoud to my wishlist but not sure if I am ready to spend the money yet. I can see myself wearing it but not every single day.

Now time to jump in the shower and scrub and put on some himalaya

The 2.5 ml plastic atomizers I use most often seem to have around 8 sprays per ml. These vials are very similar to what Sephora uses, if that is any help. Interesting about the spill--in some ways it could be good, because then you can understand the full force of the fragrance's potency.
